ABOUT KUMA RAMEN

              started as a pop-up restaurant in the fall of 2024, KUMA RAMEN is an extension of the Izakaya Cabin [ same owners, same staff ] we started KUMA to allow our Sushi Chefs to get a break, and to offer our IZAKAYA locals a more affordable sudo-Japanese experience.

 

             2024 - KUMA will be open Tues-Saturday Starting October 29, and running until December 6.

            2025 - this winter KUMA will be open Every Monday from 4:30-8:30pm serving up HOT bowls and COLD beers

            we are considering a limited RAMEN available all week long during happy hour (4:30-5:30)

Our noodles are available for dine-in guests as well as take-out. Use our online ordering guide to place orders. They don't take long to whip up, consider stopping by and ordering take-out from the bartender and enjoying half of a beer while you wait. Tuesday - Saturday until December 6, and then every Monday all winter.... ( for now )

We're probably missing a spice, or a vegetable, or your reservation. we're human and we miss things, but keep trying and keep the curiosity alive...
